Accidents have occurred. Fall protection is mandated by the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).  PLI's maintenance platforms are a complete FALL SAFETY PROTECTION SYSTEM that wraps around an aircraft creating an aircraft maintenance bay for work performed in a hanger.  PLI's flight line stands provide FALL PROTECTION while servicing aircraft out on the flight line.  Both the maintenance platforms and the flight line stands meet or exceed OSHA requirements for worker safety.
